I have a few options for you to help with identifying the bearings on your trailer. The first and easiest method would be to crawl under the trailer and look for the axle tag on the beam. This should give an axle capacity which we can then use to find the bearings based off industry standards. From what I've been able to determine, your axle is a AL/KO 4400 lb axle, which would use a 10 x 2-1/4 inch brake assembly.

Each of these wheels have the 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern you are looking for, and a load rating of 2860lbs which matches the load rating of a 225/75R15 Load Range E tire like the # LHWL304.

I am not sure what the spacing is on your 2020 keystone Outback 210 URS but the Road Armor Shock Absorbing Equalizer Kit - Tandem Axle item # LC696740 bolt spacing is 6 inches wide, 4 3/8 inches from the top bolt hole to the side holes, and from the top bolt hole to the bottom of the equalizer is 7 1/4" tall. Are you sure about the 165/80-13 tire size? I don't show that as a currently available tire size, could you have meant a 185/80-13?
In any event, a 175/80-13 tire measures 24 inches tall x 6.9 inches wide which would be slightly shorter at about 3/4 of an inch and roughly 1/2 inch narrower than your existing tires, assuming that they're a 185/80-13.
